Typical government workers. Rude and lazy. Takes 6 hours to get a tag.
Rude employees. I've made an appointment 4 or more times to take me driving skills test & everytime they say it's something wrong that prevents me from taking my driver's skills test. I always have to lea9ve work early just to get nothing accomplished with this dmv. It's ridiculous. They're wasting my time from work and in general. This time it was the weather which was light rain and they had the building full, they were moving slow and had me waiting for about 45 mins before they called me up just to say the weather was bad & I was way past my time anyway...?????!!!!! Had they sped up the process I wouldn't have. It's always something with them. Plus making an appointment is not guaranteed with me because I have a life outside of a dmv! And they never accept me without one. This is crazy. I need my licence! I've been driving with a permit for ever and that's holding me back from ALOT!!! But they don't care.
Was there to get stickers that I had already paid for a month ago, they never got sent. The newest teller there argued with me about why she couldn't give me the stickers and said they were in the mail and would be here in 10 days of reciept, that was 42 days ago. She loved to argue.....what else can you do.
This dmv is a waste of time. They'll tell you that you don't have everything you need but if you go to another dmv they'll get you in and out. The people who work at the woodruff dmv are lazy and VERY rude. Don't bother going to this dmv. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
A building full of lazy people who can't do their job worth a damn. They love to argue about times for driving test that was at 2pm and said you had to be there at 1:30 and that it was posted on the site that you made the appointment when the site never said a damn thing about. They are rude and nasty to you when you walk up to the counters.
